We are looking for a talented Sustainability Lead to join our growing business. Reporting to the Head of Product Management, you will be responsible for assessing impact and setting a strategy, whilst working with teams across the business to create standards and make progress.

What you will be doing:

• Developing and managing our sustainability strategy, goals and road map 
• Ensuring the company continues to lead the change, evaluating our impact, determining success factors, managing sustainability projects and engendering a culture of continuous improvement
• Looking at how our operational teams can be run most sustainably
• Improving how we think about sustainability in other areas of the supply chain (packaging, hardware, logistics, etc)
• Creating sustainability targets and OKRs and leading on how we embed these into our culture and ways of working
• Leading on monitoring and protecting against risks across out entire supply chain

What we need from you:

• A proven track record of driving sustainability within a consumer facing business, ideally having taken a business through B-corp certification and / or Life Cycle Assessments
• An understanding of global supply chains
• Exposure to environmental accounting and / or regulatory reporting
• Excellent project management skills
• Being a self-starter and independently driven with an entrepreneurial spirit
• A solid understanding of the external scientific, political and legislative landscape and able to apply it to our business
