We are looking for an experienced Demand Planner to join the team. You will be responsible for creating a robust demand plan and managing the inventory for the business as well as working cross functionally with the wider supply chain and commercial teams to deliver business targets.

What you will be doing:

• Responsible for ensuring accurate, timely forecasts are delivered to the business for relevant warehouse
• Ownership of the regional volume/value forecasts in the planning tools
• Leading the account & market reviews and working collaboratively and cross-functionally to understand and deliver the customer requirements
• Maintaining and developing Demand Caster, as the key forecast business tool
• Managing communication on all aspects relating to demand planning and inventory. Including weekly reports distributed to the business regarding the stock availability situation
• Analysing, providing and actioning monthly forecast accuracy and inventory reports
• Communicating and collaborating closely with NPD & Supply Planning to ensure smooth, timely supply of product
• Driving process excellence including championing the S&OP process, continuous improvement and best practice
• Supporting the Head of Demand Planning in contributing to and influencing strategic plans

What we need from you:

• Previous experience in a similar forecasting/demand planning/supply chain role is essential
• Fully proficient in standard IT packages
• Advanced Excel user essential for the role
• Experience of Netsuite is beneficial
• High degree of numeracy and analysis
• Demonstrates a strong sense of individual accountability
• Thrives on challenges and keeps a healthy attitude under pressure

• Collaborates easily with others, sharing information and adapts to different working styles
