We have an opportunity for a Commercial Finance Analyst to join the team Working within our busy Commercial Finance team. Reporting to the FP&A Manager this is an opportunity to work closely across all key functions in our business, supporting on analytics.

What you will be doing:

• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, supporting decision making from a commercial finance analysis perspective
• Run and interpret daily business reporting to provide insight and commentary to stakeholders
• Support with reporting and creation of packs for the monthly Board Meetings
• Building financial modelling in excel in order to support strategic decision making
• Work cross functionally across finance and the wider business to support Joseph Joseph's workstreams
• Support with processes set by the FP&A Manager, work with the business to manage Forecasting & Budgeting
• Support the wider team on other Finance processes and budgets as required
• Attend business meetings supporting our Stakeholders as needed
• Suggesting new ways of working and continuous improvement for the business

What we need from you:

• High level of attention to detail with advanced excel skills; able to produce models and work accurately with large amounts of data
• Experience working in or alongside a commercial finance team is a benefit
• Organised with a flexible approach, ability to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines
• Have excellent communication and presentation skills
• A proactive problem solver with the ability to work at pace
