Demand Planning Manager

We are looking for a Demand Planning Manager to join our team. Working in our London office, you will be responsible for managing the Demand Planning team to deliver a robust demand plan and lead the S&OP process, as well as working cross functionally with the wider supply chain and commercial teams to deliver business targets
What you will be doing:
- Ensuring accurate, timely forecasts are delivered to the business for the relevant warehouse. Ownership of the regional volume/value forecasts in the planning tools
- Responsible for communication of forecasts and resolution of issues at key business meetings such as the Demand Review. Effectively analysing and communicating the numbers being submitted, peaks, troughs, risks and opportunities
- Ensure effective monthly account & market reviews are held, working collaboratively and cross-functionally to develop sales forecast and inventory plans to meet customer requirements
- Manage sku analytics making recommendations on re-classification and/or phase-out/discontinuation
- Manage SKU classification in all relevant systems and files
- Ensure monthly analytics are completed including monthly forecast accuracy and complete at least quarterly sku count review/re-classification, phase-out and discontinuation
- Manage communication on all aspects relating to demand planning. Ensure weekly/monthly reports are completed, presented and distributed to the business
- Communicating and collaborating closely with NPD & Supply Planning to ensure always as accurate as possible demand plans
- Lead development of the S&OP process, continuous improvement and best practice
- Maintain and develop Demand Caster, as the business sales/demand forecasting application
- Support implementation of SAP S/4HANA ensuring Demand Caster integration and successful implementation
- Support the Chief Supply Chain Officer developing, influencing and implementing strategic plans
- To carry out any other reasonable management requested task
Dependent on experience:
Additional projects as the business grows including but not limited to:
- Implementation of SAP S/4HANA application including future evaluation of SAP APO to replace the Demand Caster application
- Changing, Developing, and implementing demand planning processes
- Supporting new product launches, new markets and sales channel developments

What we need from you:
- Previous experience in a similar forecasting/demand planning role
- Good knowledge of forecasting applications, algorithms and demand generation models
- Fully proficient in standard IT packages and being an Advanced Excel user is essential
- Experience of NetSuite and/or experience of SAP APO would be beneficial
- High degree of numeracy and analysis skills
- The ability to demonstrate a strong sense of individual accountability
