Greater China is a strategic priority for the business & we are looking for an experienced & passionate Senior Marketing & Trading Executive to join our team. In this newly created role, you’ll be planning and executing eCommerce strategies and marketing campaigns. Fluent in Mandarin & English you’ll be part of the global eCommerce team based in London, whilst working with the China team in Shanghai.
What you will be doing:
Manage and build up a network of influencers & KOLs for Joseph Joseph
Work with the agencies to produce quality content for all social media in China
Assist in PR outreaching and coordinating KOL livestreaming efforts.
Work with wider Joseph Joseph team to ensure a smooth communication between the global team and China team to facilitate various projects
Assist the wider Ecom team and the TP in daily trading planning & execution: pricing, inventory management, setting up promotions and monitoring competitors and the industry trends to meet the KPIs
Monitor and analyse the key metrics (AOV, CTR, CVR, CPA, traffic etc) from the reports to gain an updated understanding of the consumer behaviour and optimise the trade strategy accordingly
Manage and track the budgets closely to drive profitable sales
Closely monitor and regularly communicate with the TP to ensure all marketplaces’ visuals, promotions, pricing, PDPs are updated and on brand.
What we need from you:
Commercial mind with strong analytical and story telling skills
Proficient in both English and Mandarin languages.
2-3 years’ experience in the Chinese eCommerce landscape and social media management (Tmall, Douyin, RED, etc).
Experience in managing trade offers, budgets, and managing influencer relationships
Strong interest in social trends, influencer landscape and the kitchenware & homeware industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable in working across different cultures
