Finance Planning and Analysis Manager

We are looking for a talented Finance Planning and Analysis Manager to lead and develop the FP&A function. Through clear and relevant performance reporting, strategic and financial planning, business partnering, and decision support.
What you will be doing:
- Support the Head of Commercial Finance with planning and analysis
- Lead and improve/ refine the Joseph Joseph Joseph planning cycle
- Own and develop a planning cycle for a business in growth
- Management and coordination of Annual budget and re-forecast
- Management of strategic plan
- Management of Cost down tracker with Operations and NPD
- Ensuring a smooth process that delivers realistic and challenging performance targets – forecasts, budgets, sales targets etc
- Support monthly business review and forecasting by ownership and preparation of the monthly Exec Board packs with commentary
- P&L and business analysis, working with colleagues in group finance, operational businesses and other central functions
- Drive the development, refinement and constant improvement of finance information/ ERP systems to underpin effective reporting and planning by enabling agile analysis, appropriate for a scaling business
- Lead, develop and manage the Commercial Finance Analyst
- Support the OTB and stock purchase/ inventory processes: partnering with Demand Planning in the business wide S&OP process ensuring accurate budget and latest forecast information
What we need from you:
- Qualified accountant (CIMA preferred)
- Sector experience preferred, but not essential (consumer goods with multiple supply routes)
- Problem solving positive attitude
- Experience within a growth environment
- Highly driven individual with a hands-on deck mentality
